Because you are focusing on the pain. If an emergency arose that took all your concentration you would not be feeling the present pain. Try watching something REALLY funny or action packed to divert your attention. If you have a chronic condition look for help from a pain management clinic.

Different people have different pain thresholds and therefore some feel pain more than others. I personally have a high pain threshold, can take a lot, because of years of constant back pain. I'm just numb to most pain now! But others that I know find the smallest things unbearable that I hardly notice!

"why dose my brian keep bloody telling me i'm in pain. i know i am"
That's the point, if it didn't tell you you were in pain you wouldn't know.
Please go back to school and learn how to use grammar, you basically answered your own question anyway.

It has to make you want to stop doing whatever you're doing.
If it didn't hurt much, you just might keep going and do permanent damage to yourself.
Pain is really more of a signal that if you keep going, you may kill yourself.

So you will do something to try to get rid of the pain. Otherwise, Wouldn't most of us just ignore it?

perhaps you did something daft that your brain is convinced you'll do again so it is giving you a hard time? doesn't work for childbirth though but it would be a gr8 feature if it did.

bcuz the neruons in your brain get fired after you get hurt so it takes a long time for them to replenish themselves thats why wen u get ur heart broken it takes forever to recover..sometimes you don't

it keeps telling you so that you'll go do something about it. If it didn't hurt, you'd just sit there and bleed to death or something or let it get infected, etc.
