I found a great website that includes many different recipes that you can search. I've included it below, along with a favorite recipe for dessert or a snack
Peanut Butter Balls
2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 cup butter (melted)
1 lb powdered sugar
2 cups rice krispies
almond bark (flavor your choice, I prefer chocolate)
Pour the powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Add the butter. Stir in the peanut butter. Mix well. It should make a mix that sticks together when you pinch it. Stir in the rice krispies. Chill for an hour.
Melting the almond bark in a double boiler, form the dough into one inch balls. Using a skewer, dip balls in almond bark and set on wax paper. They can be refrigerated or stored in an airtight container. Hope you enjoy!

How about a stuffing pudding with chopped vegetables in it?
Soak some sweet bread like challah or Portuguese rolls in water (need one pound total). Mash it and then squeeze out the water.
Chop 2 onions fine, grate 2 carrots fine, grate 2 zucchini fine. Fry them together (in oil or in turkey fat) so that the onions look golden. Let cool.
Mix together the mushed bread and the fried veggies. Add seasoning (sage, salt, pepper, oregano). Break in two eggs. Mix all together until smooth.
Grease a 9x14 pan and put in the mixture. Bake at 350 for about a half hour until it looks solid and golden.
It beats the flavor of any store bought stuffing mix and has more nourishment also.

Chilled Pumpkin Torte
This is wayyyyy better than pumpkin pie!
·1 Box yellow cake mix (dry-straight from box)
·4 eggs total (3 of which will use later)
·½ cup melted butter for bottom layer
·1 large (29 oz) can pumpkin pie filling
·¼ cup brown sugar
·2 oz. Pkg. ground pecans
·3 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
·¾ Can of evaporated milk
·¼ cup white sugar (for topping)
·4 Tbsp. Butter (for topping)
·Large container Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
***Set aside 1 cup of the (dry) cake mix in medium bowl for later.
Bottom crust: Blend on low speed w/electric mixer: the larger quantity of cake mix with 1 of the eggs, and the ½ cup melted butter. Spoon-using a rubber spatula, into prepared pan, even out best as possible by patting it w/back of the spatula.
Middle layer: Blend with electric mixer on low speed: the pumpkin with the last 3 eggs, the ground pecans, the pumpkin pie spice, the brown sugar, and the evaporated milk. Pour that over the top of the other layer in the pan.
Top layer: Take the reserved cup of cake mix, and add in the ¼ cup white sugar – blend with fork. Add the melted 4 Tbsp. Butter and blend further. Flatten with your hands bits of the dough; place onto top layer (covering as best as possible, it won’t be perfect). (Don’t try to spread it on, it will make a mess).
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from oven & let cool a bit.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight – always keep refrigerated.
When ready to serve: spread top with cold whipped topping. Cut into squares.
Note: use low speed when mixing – this stuff will splatter!
