Randomly, limewire uninstalls and i have to reinstall it, and it works fine, then soon, at any given time, after i close it, it uninstalls again. I have no idea as to why and no idea as to how to fix it.

What do you do before you see it uninstalls? I know morpheus for example would stop working if you ran a spyware removal program (one of the key dll files would get removed) and it would have to be reinstalled. May be something as simple as that.

Limewire is known for making pcs sluggish, also the downloads are particularly typically all viruses/trojans which once finished can infect your pc and make it run slowly. Plus diverse the busts on unlawful music downloading and stuff are coming from LW shoppers. i purchase my stuff, yet after I maximum in all chance would want to i take advantage of Ares(loose) or iTunes.

make sure that you downloaded limewire from it's official site (http://www.limewire.com)
If you've downloaded it from any other website that you are not sure that it's secured, it might had a virus or a spyware.

this probably would be caused by spyware that is bundled with the limwire program.......
