an easier way to upload your videos on web by using an online broadcast which is

and copy the 'Embed' on the right side

Right click in the area of the video. If at the bottom of the options it says Adobe Flash Player X (X being the version #) you can go to graphics quality and select medium or low. That can make Flash stuff faster when viewing. If the video is from media player you can go into media players preferences and lower the bandwith to 56 or 64 kbps settings (these will look crappy (for lack of a better word) so be careful w/ these settings.
