If a man is with a women for several years and then takes up a relationship with another woman, however he still booty calls the old girlfriend whenever he feels like it, does she still think they are in a relationship even though he is with someone else?

Yes, most women will let their ex booty call them and call that a relationship. Women like that act too hard up.

If he has been honest and she knows he is seeing another woman, then she doesn't care that much and wants to be a booty call. She knows the "relationship" has changed, but obviously the sex is too good to give up.
It is still a relationship, just a more sexual one.
