When you're building up chakra into a certain point, what is it supposed to feel like?
I'm a Naruto fan and I keep hearing them say "Build up chakra in your [body part]" And I wonder what it's suposed to feel like when you actually do it. I'm a girl using my brother's account, I believe in all this paranormal/yoga/magic stuff...help.

you will feel an energy reaction, it'll be from a range to tingling (very minute) to a large wave of energy.

This is neither para normal nor magic.. the chakras are the enervation parts of the various body levels.. the purpose of dealing with them is purely to maintain balance of the body.

LOL, red or blue? naruto had to get rid of all his blue chakra to focus on his red... funny though. naruto is jsut a cartoon dont get tooo wound into it. its far from the truth.
(people cant turn themselves into things, they cant make multiples of themselves.... its just for amusement)
