What do I talk about? At work there's only a 15 minute break and he goes home at lunch. Do I sit by him at break? Give me any advice you got! Thanks!

Hmm... well, definitely appear to be interested by giving him lots of eye contact and smiling at him. For awhile, only do that. He will most likely make a move at that point. If he doesn't get the point, be friendly in his presence and find ways to talk to him about work and your social lives. But, the most important thing to remember is to not look desperate (don't go out of your way to talk to him) and if he doesn't pursue it after you know you've made an effort to show him your affection, than he's just not that into you. Hmm..well i had that same problem..! and trust me it wasnt easy but the guy that liked me wasnt half bad so i just went up to him one day and started talking to him. Just be like damn i'm glad its finally break,arent u? or something like that..Guys seem to get really excited wen a girl just goes up to him and they like that girl.That will definately make his day..good luck!

If you like him too then just be yourself, don't try to hard or act too desperate. This would drive him away! Talk about movies or anything you think that might be of interest to him.
