Definitely ¡Buenas noches!

Spanish "noche" is feminine, therefore the adjective must agree.

Interesting how the Spanish pluralise greetings, like buenos días (good mornings - literally good days), buenas tardes (good afternoons). Even Spanish buddies of mine can't explain that one.
