Definitely ¡Buenas noches!
Spanish "noche" is feminine, therefore the adjective must agree.
Interesting how the Spanish pluralise greetings, like buenos dÃas (good mornings - literally good days), buenas tardes (good afternoons). Even Spanish buddies of mine can't explain that one.

It is "buenas noches" or "buenos noches" in Spanish. "Buenas" is feminine, denoting a female subject, "buenos" is masculine, denoting a male subject.
