The best guy I ever met was in the grocery store. No lie. And while I certainly appreciate that doesn't answer your question as you can not possibly spend all your time in the grocery store, the point I was trying to illustrate is that you meet the greatest people in the oddest places.
Personally I think clubs are dodgy. I have meet a few good guys there, one whom I dated for awhile. I think the best way to meet guys is to have your committed friends introduce you to their spouses friends. That way you can get a bit of dirt on them first. Naturally the only problem with this is if your relationship doesn't work out, it can be a bit uncomfortable for the person who set you up.
Okay that was long winded. If all else fails, try the net. You just never know who is sitting around pondering the same thing.
Best of luck!

You live in Brighton, Well there's a start if the girls don't go out - Seriously get yourself a gay mate. Start going to bars and clubs when you aren't looking for it - IT nearly always finds you.
Good luck.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I'm at home, alone with my PC and bored out of my brain. I don't think clubbing's the answer to be honest. You just meet idiots. I think you should do a college course or maybe get a part time bar job - that's a great way to meet new people. Think that's what I'm gonna do!!

Cant believe it with your name and in Brighton having problems?
Try some sportgroups they are usually fun, and most of them like to go out for a drink afterwards

Go places you enjoy. If you like reading, hang out at the library, if you like sports, go to the gym. You are more likely to find someone to fall in love with if you already have something in common.

Try joining a non-profit community group in your area. Their main goal is helping others and most people involved are good and caring ones. Good luck!

i have a proven theory that you bump into hot guys in supermarkets, its happened to me a couple of times and when I pointed out to my mate it happened to her.
But obviously don't just go hanging round in supermarkets (especially not lidel!!!)
But if you see someone do the whole flirting eye contact thing and you're bound to bump into them in pretty much every isle (unless they just popped in for some lube!)
Warning to not try this in Asda- they are all chavs go to nice placed like sainsburys, waitrose and Tesco
Good luck!
