The craving for chocolate is the body craving sugars. The best way to slowly remove this habit is to start eating more fruit. Fruit has a natural sugar in it and the more you eat it the more you find your taste of chocolate will slowly disappear. This comes from a person that use to eat 10 chocolate bars a day :-)
Best part about fruit is it is good for the skin :-) Go to your local grocery store and find containers with fresh mixed fruits. This way you don't get bored with the same fruit everyday :-) Melons seem to be the bests.

try adding more fiber and protein into your diet. then you'll crave it less. and more natural sugars like tomatos or oranges can give your body the sugar you sometimes feel you need. then the hard part is ridding yourself of the habit itself. try marking an x on the calendar everytime you make it through the day - like someone said earlier it takes 30 days to break a habit. you'll slip on a few days but pull yourself back and keep going! give yourself non-food rewards. don't carry spare change to buy treats, avoid places with your favorite treats for the first while and enlist the help of friends to support you!
good luck - i'm a chocolate lover myself.

For starters, it's OK to have a little chocolate once in a while. Seriously -- chocolate is good for you. It's the saturated fat and the sugar that are bad for you. So don't deprive yourself from chocolate, but eat it in moderation. I get those bags of assorted Hershey's chocolates and have one or two every night.

It takes 30 days to get rid of a bad habit. So you need to lay off the chocolate for at least 30 days. Then you won't feel like this........and your skin will clear up.

nothing helps me other than to throw it in the garbage. biggest fight i ever had with my ex wife was when i threw out 3 bags of seasonal colored m&ms - they make orange and black for halloween, red and green for christmas, etc. She put them out in a big bowl and I'd just devour 'em.
