If she is a good friend of yours or more than you may go with the plan, otherwise drop it. You can pretend to look at her palm and tell her future. Trace a few lines in her palm and make up predictions about what they suggest. Then trace where the luck line should be and while telling her how long a luck like she deserves, move your finger lightly from top og her middle finger to her arms and then just start tickling her underarms. When she starts laughing, you can stand up and tickle her in the neck and wherever you want too.

Tickling her is one of the best ways to completely creep her out. Also high on that list would be the random neck rub and the hair stroking.
