This is true, because both Satan and God love us. Since I'm a Muslim, I might take a different perspective out of it, but I think it's not a religious question, but a normal question in our everday thoughts. If God exists, and Satan exists too, then life has a purpose: either to go and follow what Satan says, or what God says; either to love Satan back, or God. Isn't life so much tough that way? This is my view, but to tell you the truth, we all love both...because we all do what's right and what's wrong, and this is why life is so much more interesting. :)

Your Mom is right...God does exist and loves you. Your dad however, is right that Satan exists but wrong that he loves you because Satan does not love or have love in him.

Actually, they are both correct... well, sort of. First of all, Satan doesn't love anyone but, he does exist and wants to destroy you. God exists too, and he does love you. He desires your love in return.
Incidentally, unless your Dad is trying to provoke some kind of strange but deep thought, I'm not sure how he would be able to tell you this without your mother objecting.

But Satan pretends to love you.

Satan loves no one!
Your mother is right! Your father is wrong!
God loves you regardless of who you are, what you look like or what you have done or will do. What He dislikes is sin, but He will forgive that sin.
Satan hates everyone, including you. He wants to have your soul. He wants to have one up on God because if he gets you, God loses one of HIs creatures.
This is the truth. God is good. Satan is bad. There is no plan for them to make a switch ever.

God and Satan both exist. God loves you and asks you to choose him of your own free will. Satan wants you (not loves you) but deceives you into choosing him. Your choice!

Satan doesn't love. He came to destroy, to steal and to kill. If theirs anything that Satan wants is not to love you but to accompany him in hell for eternity. So just believe your mom on that and for other, read the Holy Bible and go to a real Christian church. God bless

I believe both of them are admitting that both God and Satan exist even in their own beliefs so just go with that and see which one encourages you more as you get older

Well, according to most religions, they both exist, for better reference read the Bible and find out. About believing, meaning embracing it (no half ways here)that depends on you, who would you rather be? with a father that tells you to hate others, doesn't care for your well-being, makes you do things that will hurt others, or a father that cares for you, loves you, tells you to love others, help others, brings you peace and after doing these little things he will receive you in his house to live in love and peace for eternity?
