according to the experts they are saying that real butter is far better for your body than any other type of spread or make believe butter.
because of the chemical make up of make believe butter, they say it is one molecule away from the same chemical make up of PLASTIC...
and the type of fats in the made up is worse for you in the long run...
so I am switching back to butter...
I use a product called Oleo..it is made up from Olive oil..and you know who good olive oil is for you...

plus anything man made..like spreads and anything else made up..that is not from Mother Nature..plays havoc with your internal system one way or the other....they say a lot of things cause cancers..and some of it is our food we eat..the chemicals that make our food...what will it do to us over the next 10, 20 years or our life times...when we are old and have all kinds of trouble with our bodies..it is to late then to say I should have gone with Mother Nature and ate real food...

good luck

Real Butter. I am afraid the lowfat spread will be found to cause cancer 20 years from now if you feed 500 slices of toast covered with it to rats.

Prefer butter but only have on rare occasions.Mostly have low fat spreads as it's healthier. We didn't have much choice in our younger days and ate lots of fats and sugars which has resulted in my husband having heart disease and diabetes. Please always have the healthy options though if you prefer the other have some at odd times. You have the choice use it well.
