We all know that -1 on a hole is a birdie, -2 is an eagle and -3 is an albatross. But supposing you were to hole your tee shot on a par 5? It has happened, twice as far as I'm aware. What is that called? 10 points for the first correct answer.

nashiranickel, while you are technically correct in a way it's not the answer I'm looking for. Nice subtle attempt tho !

Condor

It is called a condor (triple eagle) when one gets a hole in one on a par five.

An Ostrich (double albatross) is when one gets a hole in one on a par 6. Yes there are par 6s and yes it is the rarest score in golf!!!

Hope this helps!!

It's called a hole in one and dumba** blind luck. It's also a par 5 that's way to short.
