I am 29 and I have never had a zit on my back before. It always goes away when I go on vacation or stay at someone else's house for more than 2 days. I bought a $40 shower head filter than didnt do anything except restrict water flow. Oh, and I'm a renter. PLEASE HELP! I have a cocktail party coming up!

It cant be the shampoo or soap because I have tried others with no improvement and I have also used my shampoo and soap in other showers and noticed immediate improvement. I have also tried different detergents ...no change when I am at home.

You may have hard water which leaves a residue on your skin and can cause break outs. I had that problem until I got a water softeners system put in my house. What you can do is after you take a shower use a skin toner to wipe off any soap or water residue that may be left on your skin. You can try Artistry® Clarifying Oil Control Toner which is found at: mthompson4.qbeautyzone.com

I seriously doubt it's your shower water. Could be your shampoo. Could be the detergent you use to wash your towels. Could be your soap.

It's not your water. It's probably one of the products you use in the shower. I'd say most likely your conditioner.
