I line dance 2 - 3 times a week and regularly use a rower, excersize bike, cross trainers but can't shift weight especially off my bum and thighs, i was told these tablets help with that problem do you think it would be worth giving it a go.

You cannot remove unwanted fat from a particular area (without surgery), your body chooses where it burns the fat first. Tablets also dont work in the long run and usually not even in the short run. Diet and exercise is the way to go.

Slimming is like this nutrition quantity fed on - exercising achieved = fat gained. the different formulation you spot is to extort money from you. this is the certainty. Take it or leave it. do no longer placed the case in somebody else's hands while it is your case. pills will basically provide you self belief to eat greater and make situation worse. Thats different than for supplying you with side outcomes you do no longer understand approximately.

make sure you drink plenty of water during the day as I used these and did not drink so much water and ended up constipated!! Did not occur to me to drink plenty of fluids with it, was too busy being desperate to lose the weight!!
Hope that helps!
