if i stop taking weight gainer supplements will i begin to go back to the weight i was
EX:
i weight 125 and after taking the supplements for 3 month i weight 150 if i stop taking the supplements will i go back to 125 in matter of time or i have to used to supplements for the rest of my life

You just have to make sure you're doing enough to maintain the weight. Make sure you've increased your caloric intake and your weight should be sustainable without the supplements.

I agree with the previous poster. Also, you need to make sure you are getting plenty of protein. Those supplements are almost always very high in that department; so if you start to lessen your protein intake, it can cost you muscle. If you eat well and continue with your present exercise level, you should maintain your current weight.

Supplements have way more protein than anyone, even a body builder, needs. Almost every American gets way more protein than they need, just from our meat-centered diet. The excess protein you eat either goes right through you or is converted into fat.
