Between 125lb and 145lb would be ideal. But most importantly, to be healthy, your body fat should be less than 30% (ideally less than 25%) and your waist measurement should be less than 32 inches (ideally 28 inches or less). HTH : )

I am a 5' 7" 1/2 woman who is 28 years old and I have been going to weight watchers. At the beginning of the program a body assessment is done based on your height and age. The weight range was 128-153. Of course the range is broad since we all have different bone structure. If you are in this range then you are in a healthy range.
