He may be to shy to speak up. Go for it yourself, you really have nothing to loose and everything to gain. If you learn to take chances while you are still young it will help you with many different aspects of life when you are older. Be gutsy and have fun. ♥

Just walk up to him and start talking. Don't tell him how you feel at first. Just ask him things like what movies or songs he likes. Guys love talking about themselves. And if you play your cards right maybe he'll tell you how he feels about you. Good luck!
