I had some stomach tightness when I woke up and lower back pain (still have lower back pain) and this made me anxious and unable to breathe. I don't know what the stomach pain / back pain might be, but any tips on coping with anxiety / calming down? What's the best thing to do?

Maybe take a few minutes and lie on the sofa.......just focus on your breathing....slowly. You'll feel yourself relax and your heart rate slow down.

Now, why would this make you so anxious. If you don't have anything wrong with your stomach....you may have brought this all on with an anxiety attack. That care sure tighten you up. But let the doctor decide which it is.

When that happens to me, I like to meditate. I meditate by laying down in my back and just letting my mind wander. You might want to set an alarm so you can relax and not worry about time or if you fall asleep. I also took up Karate to help me manage stress in general. Exercise will lower your overall stress level. Another great stress relieving sport that I like is softball. Just basically find something that you love to do.
