My neighbor in the apartment complex parks in the same spot
every day. She thinks it is her spot. She complained to me the
other day that I was in her parking spot. Parking is limited at the
apartment complex. She has no special right to the parking spot.
However, she has lived her longer than I have. Should I defer to
her irrational belief that the parking space is hers? I really want to park there just to spite her. Would you? I have no relationship with her friendly or otherwise. Am I just being an ***? Many residents park on the street because of the limited off street parking.

I wouldn't do it to spite her, but I would do it if there were no other space around.

Just because she lives there longer does not make her be the queen of parking spots.
I would park there for sure!!!!!!!! If she does not pay for it, it is as much yours as hers and everyone Else's.
Have fan. Who does she think she is?

If she is not assigned the spot, you are free to park when you pull up and the spot is open
