No, but if it is not removed completely it can regrow and might undergo malignant transformation.
Alternatively, the process that produced the benign tumor might also give rise to a malignant tumor.

It's hard not to answer your question as posed by saying the removed tumor can't keep growing without it's blood source but that isn't really what you meant.
If all of the original tumor were removed, it wouldn't be able to grow again in your body. New tumors are possible though. You really should ask your doctor about any questions as these are important matters. YA community isn't a good alternative.

Look, the thing that is not addressed with cancer treatment is the cause of cancer. We do a good job of burning, poisoning, and cutting tumors, but then they return. Why? Because for 70 years, western medicine does not look to the cause. Why? Because there is no money in prevention. Your tumor can comeback, why, because you do not change the things that caused it. The causes can be a number of things from bad genetics, viruses, to nutrition. Anything that causes a cell's genetic makeup to become altered, and then that cell reproduces rapidly, while the body does not recognize the problem. Nutrion is a big key. Our bodies do not get the nutrients from our foods that we got 100 years ago. You can thank your good friends at Kraft for processing all the food and taking out all the nutrients. We eat way to much sugar, but don't get whats important to the health of our bodies. If we did, there would be much less incidence of all kinds of disease such as, cancer, SLE, RA, Diabetes type 2 and so on. Look to the cause and you will have a better shot then not changing and waiting for it to come back.
On the other side of things, we all degenerate and we all break down, eventurally something is going to get us, but we can do alot to make our years much more enjoyalbe, instead of pounding down surgar and simple carbs, and wondering why we have Diabetes type 2 and other aliments.

Benign means non-cancerous. So no, it won't grow back again into a malignant tumor. It may return, but will still be benign.

Benign tumors do not become malignant, nor do they recur if removed completely.
