against crime !why are there still countless murders terrorist activity and gangs having a ball of a time?

cctv is still a fairly new concept. It is not used everywhere and many feel it invades their privacy, so they kept the pressure on. It is mostly used for traffic violations, banks, and governmental offices. Terrorists and gangs do not really care that it is there, if fact, I believe some terrorists like the fact that they can get credit for their actions.

Surveillance with cctv is somewhat stationary, mostly sporadic.
But quality surveillance is expensive.
And they take just a few clips for a few seconds and switch.
But, You infer cctv is everywhere, like big brother (1944)
Calm down, have some faith in karma and the CSI.
