Snakebites are so out, what you (and 2 friends, I find this the right number) should try before going out is a half bottle of cheap french brandy, a bottle of cheap sparkling wine, chill if you have time,if not just mix into 3 glasses and enjoy, cost+/- £6 and a good starter, enjoy.

Oooooh... Snakebites might be a little much for me tonight. I think I'll go with a nice lager, or maybe some vodka and cranberry

No, I'm on the Carling Lager tonight! If no Carling, then I'll drink Becks, if no Becks, I'll drink Fosters, and if ther's no Fosters, I'll (at a pinch) drink Stella, which I won't drink usually, as its a very powerful drink and not at all something I want to drink because of all the stories. If there's no Fosters, I usually drink Boddintons Bitter, as that's good Manchester bitter!!

Mmmm, I was gonna go straight for the vodka but now you've mentioned it, a couple of pints of Snakebite and black could start my evening off well!
Cheers!! Have a good night!!

Not sure I could drink those anymore.
My old uni banned them because people kept chucking up and staining the carpet! Nice.

Wicked drink, i love them.
Try this:
Leave some of your first pint in the bottom of the glass if your staying in one pub so you can observe, it will eventually thicken and then solidify!
