That would be a pixie haircut or a bob with a little weave. It's nice to have whe you have short hair. I need to get my haircut soon.

A layered bob, below chin, right above shoulders. I get mine cut A-line but regular layers work well too. It's can look good messy, which is important to me. There's times I go out w/ bed head (no brushing) and my hair looks cute and modern. Very low maintenance (wash and go). Just make sure it's long enough for a short ponytail. (Btw, though I'm growing out my hair long right now).
If your hair is very thick or curly though, do not get a bob. Keep it long, with only minimal layers or it can poof out. Wear it in a ponytail. To make a ponytail look a little more done, do not use bright colored scrunchies or bands, use the snag-free plastic elastics that match your hair color (so it's invisible). If you have light or red hair get the clear bands.

I think that it's really cute to put little streaks of bangs on the sides of your face and throw the rest up in a messy bun at the center of your head where the hair sticks out of the tie a little bit.
It's quick like a pony tail but much more cute and to look more sophisticated you could add chop sticks or a ribbon.

If you want something really easy this is what I do for a natural looking curl pin-up.
After showering at night wait until your hair is about half dry then twist your hair up into about 4 buns at the top of your head. Sleep on them then the next morning, take them out and finger comb them. Spray with aerosol hair spray then use bobby pins to pin them up in random places at the back of your head. It sounds long but in total it takes about 7 minutes to do.
Whenever I do it, I get people saying it looks professional. And I'm REALLY bad at doing hair, so that's saying a lot! Enjoy!

That's really going to depend on your lifestyle, your facial features, and likes and dislikes.
For me, the easiest is wash, comb and let dry naturally. My cut is bangs layered and parted at the side that I can comb back. The rest is long.
But not knowing you, I can't tell you what to do with your hair or how to make it easier, except maybe find a cut whewre you can just wash and go.

Well, it depends on what look you're going for. If you want somethig super trendy, aim for pin-straight hair.
If you want something glam, curl your entire head of hair, put it in a ponytail, and twist and pin the curls all over your head to create a gorgeous up-do.
If you want sporty, a ponytail suits best.
If you want something wild, try crimping your hair.
Or, if you want an every-day sort of look, leaving your hair wavy-ish in its natural state and just not fussing over it looks best.
Good luck!

I say jump outta the shower and add some hair chop-sticks to it, or twirl ur hair up into a clip and let it dangle.
