you should get a slow cooker! they are awesome...i have one that came with a book of recipes, also...you can make chili in it...pot roasts with cut up pieces of carrots and potatoes...and then add flour to the leftover juice to make gravy.....you can cook spare ribs in it....warm deserts....warm spiced cider...all kinds of stuff..plus it is easy...you just put all the stuff in it in the morning...them come home from work at the end of the day and it is ready to eat! or you could just switch it to "warm" and it keeps the food warm until ready to eat or put away...also mine is decorative so it looks cute in my kitchen...and the pan is removable so i can pop it in the dishwasher, or take it along with me to someone's house if needed....and this is coming from someone who didn't know how to cook...until i got my slow cooker! now i am on a roll!

Baked Stuffed Fish, its so good you should try making this for dinner......
1/2 to 2 pounds fish fillets
salt
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried leaf sage, crumbled
4 cups dry bread, cut or torn into 1/4-inch pieces
butter
chopped parsley

Cut fish into strips. Line well-greased muffin tins with fish strips; sprinkle with salt. In a small skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until just tender. Combine vegetable butter mixture with 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, sage, and bread cubes.
Add a little hot water if stuffing seems too dry. Dot the top of each stuffing center with a little butter then sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

I make the same stuff all the time too! I just made sloppy joes last night for something different. I like watching the food network to get ideas. My family is really picky, so it makes it tough. If you go to foodnetwork.com and type in what kind of meat you want to use, it will bring up all kinds of ideas. This way you can be sure to get a recipe that includes everything you like.

I have the same problem, I just get bored makeing the same stuff all the time. Good websites to visit are www.campbellkitchen.com
www.kraftfoods.com
you can put in 3 ingredients you have and it weeds through them for you. This is really good though.

Chicken and Biscuit Pie
2 cups biscuit mix and about 1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
dash pepper
dash mace or nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash of fines herbes or thyme
1 cup half-and-half
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
12 small white onions, peeled, cooked, and drained
4 cups cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, cooked until just tender and drained
Prepare biscuit dough with biscuit mix and milk. On a lightly floured bowl, pat out dough to about 1/2-inch thickness; cut into 9 biscuits about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Cut remaining dough into tiny biscuits, rounds or squares.
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Add pepper, mace, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, milk, and chicken broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

Arrange onions, chicken, and peas and carrots in a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole; pour sauce over all. Arrange biscuits around top of pie. Brush with more half-and-half or milk. Bake chicken pie at 425° until browned and done, about 25 to 30 minutes. Chicken pie serves 6.

I have the perfect dinner for you. Shrimp Primavera stir fry. All you have to do is go to the grocery store and search the frozen section. Every grocery store should see it. It's in a bag like container. It contains shrimp, noodles, broccoli, carrots and green beans. All you have to do is put the frozen pieces of shrimp in the pan for like four minutes then add the frozen veggies then wait another four minutes and add the noodles (after defrosting them under cold water). It's quick, easy and so delicious!

I don't know how "different" this is, but from what you wrote, your menu seems pretty limited. Unroll 1 tube of crescent rolls and separate. Take one hot dog and roll the hot dog in the crescent roll-the ends of the hot dog will not have dough on it. Bake in the oven @ 350 until brown.
