I'm 13, 5ft 3in and 3/4th (nearly 4ft) and I haven't grown in a year. Also I feel shorter than my classmates. I exercise and try my best to eat good foods but sometimes I have no time. Is it okay to have skim milk than regular milk?

5 feet four inches is actually a very average height for a woman. You may just have a lot of tall friends, or it may be the fact that you are thirteen and at a very selfconscious age. I bet a lot of your tall friends feel like oversized amazons and envy their more petite friends like you.

Anyway, enough with the psychology. You probably have at least a few more inches waiting for you at some point in the next 6-7 years. Try and keep yourself at a healthy weight (not too thin... malnourishment will keep you from reaching your maximum height), and eat a nutritious diet. Skim milk is just fine, in terms of its calcium.

Any kind of milk is good for you...Skim milk just has less fat!

Females grow up until they're in their 20's. I am 25, and I'm 5'9". I'm the tallest out of all my sisters (I have three).

So, fear not...you're still young, and you still have lots of growing left to do!
