Why would you want to? If you own the house that this toilet is going in to, think about when you come to resell it, it would put off alot of people from making you an offer for your house.

If you do a www.google.com search for "black toilet" you will get several valid responses. It looks as if Kohler is a brand that may offer several black options. Kohler is an excellent brand of American Bathroom fixtures. You might even try www.kohler.com
Keep in mind that in many parts of the country you may have high mineral content in the public water supply. This could translate into unattractive white to greyish mineral deposits in the toilet bowl, which may require many additional cleaning products and frequent extra effort in cleaning and removing these deposits.

I used to work at Eljer and I remember they made black toilets.
Their website is www.eljer.com. Maybe you could check if they have their catalog online.

Try Home Depot or Lowes. If they don't have it in stock they can probably order it for you.
