i have been working out for a year now at a gym, my goal is to get bulky and stronger but my membership runs out soon. i was wondering if resistance bands would help me with my goal, and what kind of results i would see from them.

Yes! Resistance bands are an excellent choice for strength training. You can do so many different things with them and adjust the length to increase or decrease the resistance. You can work your upper body and lower body with them along with using them in a stretching routine. Also, they are cheap and don't take up any space at all!

Well I used to do the Billy's Boot camp thing. I started to see results, but my doctor told me to quit (hip back probs, ect.). Check out his site. I saw an infomercial about his new bands. They come with weights.

a resistance band is just like using weights except you have to be more creative with the band. just one band is all you need to get stronger. and you can make it harder or easier by just pulling the band tighter (or looser). it is so simple and saves space. i love mine! i def recomend using one.
