how do I add the active directory users and computers snap-in to an xp pc?

I have the AD icon under Admin tools but it won't run

Right here goes:

Go to Start - Run.

Type "mmc" - Click OK

In the new window select File - Add/Remove Snap-in

Click Add

Choose Active Directory Users & Computers from the list.

Click Add, then Close, then Ok.

You now have ADUC Snap-in. Choose File - Save As option and give your console snap-in a name & location.

Viola!

Active directory runs over IIS.
