It'd be nice if you did something like this:
Take her out to the beach on a nice and sunny day and suprise her with a candle-lit dinner on the pier or somewhere nice, tell her ove rdinner that you've made special reservations for the two of you to spend the weekend together on the beach. If she's thrilled and likes that you're romantic you can write "Will you marry me?" in the sand with shell sor something before she gets up in the morning and then take her out to the shore when she does get up. When you go to give her a ring, just drop to your knees and tell her you found a pretty shell... she'll look at all of the sea shells and see that you'll hod out a ring for her.
- Oh yeah, I'm a damn good romantic too, so this should work if you plan it out well and keep her from knowing the suprise.
Good luck!

Take her to one of the few spots you guys really like to go to a hang out and talk, and have something set up likke a picnic or just some snacks and ask her where she would like to go on your honeymoon. She'll say what? and then answer so you say ok thats sounds great then pull out the ring and ask her to marry you. But in advance call all of her friends and family and inform then that at a certain time your are proposing because of course she will try and call everyone thjat she knows! Tell them not to answer and have them meet a a family resturant or hang and and have them help you celebrate! lol

The Perfect Proposal
Very few events in anyone's lifetime require as much thought and preparation as marriage. People want their proposals to be the perfect point of culmination in their relationship.
Men and women both want this day to be a truly memorable moment in their lives. But it seems that there are no new ways to get married anymore because virtually everything has been done. Well, guess again.
meena, will you marry me?
We can all think of typical ways of asking our lovely girlfriends to marry us. The man gets down on one knee and gets out a box with a ring (probably worth a month's salary) before asking her to spend the rest of her life by his side.
This traditional way of proposing still works, and can be categorized as the conventional way of asking a woman to marry you. But these days, women want to be mesmerized with emotion, romanticism and originality. And not necessarily in that order either.
The following are a mix of both innovative and more traditional ways to pop the question.
1. To the extreme
If your woman is the sporty type, you can propose to her from the heights of a mountain after a day of rock climbing. Other possibilities would be during a parachute jump or a scuba-diving session in South America, or anywhere else for that matter.
2. Make a video
Making a personal video of yourself proposing to her can have a great effect, especially if you are watching it with her. She will likely jump from joy and want to skip straight to the honeymoon...
3. In mid-air
A more public display of affection is to have the captain of an airplane you are on recite your marriage proposal to your woman over the intercom. You can just picture it: "We are now flying over the Grand Canyon and will be arriving at our destination in approximately 45 minutes. And, by the way, Joanna, Michael would like to know if you would do him the honor of marrying him."
Of course, after this, all you should hope for is a "yes" and a safe landing.
4. My way or the highway
Just imagine driving home from work and seeing a billboard that says "Lucy, will you marry me?" This will have an amplified effect, and the rest of the commuters who see it will hope it works out for you.
They will also hope that she doesn't slam the brakes in excitement.
5. Marriage on the big screen
Let's say you agreed to go see the latest Julia Roberts movie, and right before the movie is about to start, as part of the previews, one frame action simply displays the words: "Maria, will you be my wife?"
Although this is not likely to win you an Oscar nomination, it will certainly go down in the annals of history for best dramatic sequenc

my brother had a fortune cookie made up with a proposal in it ahead of time so it was ready at the restaurant.
will u marry me--fits perfect on a dozen boston cream donuts.
mine took me out to dinner, and then a honeymoon suite hotel room with a heart shaped jacuzzi--something we did/do every few months...but it was all done up with flowers and candles, and he did it there. he had written will you marry me on the window which appeared once the room steamed up and he had a little speach and all.
if a birthday is near.....a ring would fit nicely in a pop up card. or you could have the waiters come out singing and bring a cake with it on there (would give an opportunity to have family there if you want)
a christmas ornament would be a nice keepsake to remember the occassion.
without knowing a little more detail of your lives and what you like to do, it's hard to give a more romantic suggestion.

Ok, take her out to a fancy restuarnt, to a park or a garden and propose there! Also, take her somewhere that when she says yes(because she will) have a million balloons fall! Or send her a letter saying will you marry me but make sure your there when she gets the letter!
She Will Say Yes!

Try to take her somewhere special where something significant happened like first kiss, or first date. Maybe even a 1 year anniversary. Have her family and yours waiting in another room so when you finally ask her and she says yes, her and your family can come out and suprise her and celebrate the night with you. She will be so happy that you brought her loved one's in on the celebration. It will be perfect.

Simple !!!!
Take her to some quiet place, make her comfortable, relax and start talking, then come to the real point. Tell her about your feelings and desire that you want her to marry her.Sort out the problems that might have cropped up....convince her. Be assertive and caring too.
Read her facial expressions. If you find that she is convinced ,ask her to talk to her parents. Then visit her house and meet her parents.
