Ok heres the deal.

1)when he first got there he pined her down and kissed her
2)she had a girl friend at the apt.
3)they guy got naked and go into her bed
4)later she got into the bed thinking he was passed out (supposibly)
5)He aparently already had a condom on then go on top of her and took her clothes off
6)She told me that she said no 3 times to him, but did not do anytyhing else besides that
7)After she put her clothes on and told him she felt sick, he wanted to **** again
8)she sounded normal on teh phone this morning
9)she didnt call the police, but text messaged a friend who showed up after the guy left

NEW THINGS
I talked to the guy and he says that he didnt rape or force her
a girl that is friends with him said he would never do that, shes known him for 3 years
She said she wansnt drunk
She said HE brought 3 condoms with her
SHe says he call her to come over, he says she called him

PLEASE HELP ME

Her friend was passed out on teh couch and didnt hear a thing

She didnt physicaly try and stop him

there was another guy at the apartment that i talked to and he said that this guy didnt pin her down and kiss her like she told me

she has lied and told me she was preg. and wasnt

she would be classified as a "psycotic" gf

we were together 3 years, she has cheated on me before

I would say she is just tring to get a way with cheating on you I don't know tho I am sorry this happened to you but In less this guy is really big how can he have forced her dose she have makes on her arms from him holding her down I would say that the other people are tirng to protect him but it would be hard to say since you were not there i guess if I were you I would forgive her and give her the beifet of the dought if you love her and personally if it was me I would kick his butt but that is me any way ....but I would get her a new place to live to much tepmtaion going on there it sounds like to me and then if it every happened again I would kick her butt to the curb!!!! good luck tuff choices too make under the circumstances!!!

Ok my 2 cents here ...... I would say I pretty much agree with

if there was some one esle in the house I would have been screaming my butt off to get help and not silent sounds very fishy to me!!! but if you love give her another chance I know that once I was almost raped I would have tried fighting back but I was also very scared and I think I would have been raped had my hubby not got home when he did and the guy jump out the window and ran away and I tired to get him to go to jail for the attemped rape cuz he broke into the apartment though are window and I was hiding the bathroom with only a locked door bewteen us and he had already broke one of the hings off when my hubby came back home the guy was at our house and he and my hubby left at the same time but he only went around the block and came right back my hubby went a few blocks away and had to come back home for something Thank God and the courts throw it out cuz he said I flirted with him he was cracked I smiled at him and I winked that did not mean I wanted to sleep with him yes I should not have winked at him but I did not think he would over react to a wink Oh my gosh what a loser I learned I never flirt any more any way I did not want to sleep with him I was married any way thank God my hubby came home when he did!!!! but this Jerk did rape my friend and she was afraid to come forward afraid of this guy and her hubby finding out ( she never told him) cuz the guy was black and her hubby is predujest any way so the jerk got a way with it!!! never did time so he thinks it is ok to keep raping woman like when they just smile at him and it is an invtation for *sex* he raped my friend three times before I took him to court!!! I think he left her a lone after that!!!

If someone held me down and made me kiss them if I didn't want to I'd do 1 of 2 things, I'd either kick him in the balls, or I'd call the cops!
I wouldn't wait until he was naked in my bed and then climb in......If you stay with her or trust her after this then get used to it because it's gonna happen over & over.....Be firm, tell her to be honest and you'll think about forgiving her!
