i would say...don't seem like you're trying too hard, but try to make conversation. And when you are talking with her, make her feel like she is the most important person in the room (but don't make it over the top). Make her laugh...girls like that alot. If the chance comes up, create a funny inside joke that no one elso knows. That links you two together on some level, and later, possibly on a higher level.
