Once it is cooked, it stops moving and it seems chewier.

That is because you got fresh rice, Your lucky most people get that dry stuff. I find a lot of fresh rice that people throw out. It's free. Check thash cans @ resturants, real good place to get it.
The law says they can only keep food so long then they have to trash it.
Sure is lip smackin good.
Darn making me hungry just thinking about it.

What kind of rice was so special you had to buy it off e-bay? "some of the rice", might not be rice.
