when someone asks what hair color to try, why does everyone seem to hate blond hair?

I love seeing people with blonde hair because it's makes my smiley and they seem smiley. :D

Usually because bleach can really damage your hair, but color is not as harsh. If you want to try blonde, only go two or three shades lighter than your natural color. Leave platinum to Jessica Simpson and Pamela Anderson. Trust me. I went all over platinum and in two weeks my roots were screaming look at me!

Natural Blondes are ok of course.
But trying to go blonde is a different story. Most people with dark hair don't suit it, their eyebrows are to dark, skin to dark, and they just look 'cheap'. to boot, bleaching hair is bad! I know girls that's losing their hair due to bleach, and some their hair is sooo coarse, it's like horse hair, they have to use about a bottle of conditioner each time they wash it.

Because people go for the always stupid and horrible idea that... blondes are stupid, slutty and preppy. Always think they are cheerleader (No offence to anyone who is a cheerleader) There are dumb cheerleaders @ my school but most of them have brown hair. People think I'm dumb 'cause of my hair color but I've proved them wrong. I'm stronger than that. I'm on honor role. I do surfing. I'm not your average "blonde" so get over it people. The stereotype of "blonde" doesn't exsist.

The "Dumb Blond" Jokes are going to EVERYONE whith blond hair. I would LOVE to have blond hair, but I don't want to become a "dumb blond" It's sad really......=C I am going to do it anyway.

b/c it doesnt look good on very many people, especially when its not close to their natural color. not many people go the distance to pull it off, and it just ends up looking bad. they will get a bad dye job, and it will be all brassy and yelloe, and they will let their roots grow out, and it wont match their eyebrows...it just takes a lot of work to pull off, and most ppl arent aware of that, so it will jsut end up looking bad.
