To come up with a successful weight-loss programme, you need to carefully assess your goals . often it is tempating to set a goal and hope to achieve it very soon without pausing to consider the reasonable time it would take to attain . if you don’t achieve your goal within the time that you have set,it can lead to frustration and feeling of failure.
Your initial goel should be to see gradual weight loss over a number of concecutive weeks.half a kilo a week is a safe amount to lose although this does vary with body size and activity. Try to look at more than just weight reduction. Taking better care of your body and mind, getting active, perhaps enrolling for classes in yoga or dance enhances our feeling of self worth.this is the key to success.
To plan your food intake, write down everything that you eat and drink every day.
Ideally, you should eat a light breakfast ;amid-morning snack such as a fruit ;an afternoon snack such as a cup of yoghurt and dinner.either dinner or lunch should be a light meal.
You should have at least eight glasses of water watch out for fried foods and high calorie snacks.include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet plan

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I would have thought, loosing weight fast is never a good idea. If you loose it fast you'll put it on fast. You need to change your eating and exercise habits so that you can keep them over the long term. Any short term drastic changes to either will not last and you'll just go back to your old ways.

Is one becoming a little obsessed with the weight loss thing per chance? There is no "best" way to lose weight fast. You have to take your time and change your life style, if you are a bit of a chubber. Healthly food, no processed rubbish, and loads of excersise!

A 'very low calorie diet' (VLCD), such as the Cambridge diet or Lighter life. Both are meal replacement diets containing all the nutrients you need. On average you loose about a stone a month and you don't feel hungry. It's the best and easiest diet I've ever done, and the only side effect I felt while doing it was feeling the cold.

Try restricting carbohydrates to 30gram per day for the first 12 days to see how you go. In addition to this increase your fat intake such as good fats nuts, seeds ect and also eat more red meat and cheese as your body will burn the fat for energy rather than carbohydrates. This will most definetly shed a few pounds. To sum up say you eat 2500cals a day then 50%of cals should come from fat,40% from protien and 10% from carbs.
