tell him straight up that you werent cheating..i know this sux to hear..but usually when a boyfriend/or girlfriend constantly rags on you for cheating when you havent..then that means that they have something to hide...like they themselves are cheating

Did you do something that made it appear you were cheating? Cheating doesn't necessarily mean having sex. Any form of intimacy could be viewed as cheating. As could any activity normally performed with your bf (or gf). Going to a movie or out for a night on the town, spending the night at your house (regardless of where he sleeps). Cheating as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Jealousy is a component of love for most and isn't necessarily a bad thing unless it is unreasonable. Talk to him and make sure you understand each other, offer him some reassurance that he is 'the' one.

It's called "guilt" sweetheart!! He's guilty! If a man accuses you of cheating when you are not, it is because he is! & he automatically thinks you are also!! I know, I am talking from experience!! I had a man tap my phone!! I found out he was cheating!! I heard his conversations on the tap! funny hua?! I would do some searous investigating if I were you! I'm sure you have a friend that will help you spy, we all do! Good Luck!!

sit down and have a heart to heart talk with him. letting him know that he is really hurting you by not trusting you. I mean you have to have trust to have a relationship. You need to find out what gave him the idea.
Not saying that it is but sometimes men accuse you when it's really them. they have to put the heat on you so won't find out that they are the ones really cheating. this may or may not be the case. maybe something you did made him jealous and he's being insecure. Sit down and talk..........

I have learned that if you are constantly accused of cheating then more and likely Ir's the person doing the accusing that's cheating. So be careful and watch your man closely. He might be up to know good his self.

first of all, i hope jay is some variation of a girls name. but, to answer the question. if he's that insecure. you have 2 choices. 1. let him keep thinking that way and you will always have him by the short hairs. or 2. dump his a**, because he's an insecure putz. personally i'm for #2, who has the time for stupid **** and why would you want an insecure as**ole in our lives.

there is two things you can do, either find a way to prove that you are being honest and that you didnt cheat or leave him, that is the second thing if he doesnt trust you, you shouldnt be together

Tell him the truth once. Then ignore him. Your integrity is worth more then his insecurity.
If he keeps questioning you tell him you told him once and that is the end of the matter. From that point on it is his internal problem that he has to deal with.. Not you.

after explaining to him that you were not cheating, if he doesn't believe you then don't talk about it any more, because he has already made up in his mind that you were cheating.
Once a persons mind is made up there is just no changing it.
