You cannot spot reduce. Impossible to lose weight from one area of your body only. If you are heavy all over, when you lose the weight, your face will probably slim down, too. Some people just have normally fuller faces than others.

He needs to lose it in general first, Fat goes straight to the gut area first then spreads out, This is then the last place to lose it also but others parts (i.e - face lose it first) get swimming three times a week for six weeks you will notice the difference. Good luck tubby!!
