No it is not possible. There have been studies done that at the exact moment you sneeze, all other brain function ceases. You have no brain waves, no heartbeat and the only breathing that occurs is the air that is forced out of your lungs. For a split second, you are dead. Just a bit of usless trivia I picked up a few years back.

Eyelid close response...
It is almost impossible for one to keep one's eyelids open during a sneeze, although some rare individuals report having little if any trouble doing so. The reflex of shutting the eyes serves no obvious purpose: the nerves serving the eyes and the nose are closely related, and stimuli to the one often trigger some response in the other. The closing of the eyes may be to protect the tear ducts and blood vessels from bacteria expelled in the sneeze.[

Hello There:
It is impossible to keep your eyes open when you sneeze. The body has many reflex mechanisms that protect different parts of the body. For example, if someone throw a ball at you near your head your neocensors tell your body to block it by moving or raising your hand to block it.
Your eyes are the same way. The muscles in your face are directed by the nerves and during a sneeze the eye lids will shut to protect them. The same goes for a yawn, see if you can yawn with your eyes open. It's impossible!!
I hope this helps

If you keep your eyes open while sneezing, they would most likely pop out of your head. This is because the body is trying to get out material through the nose, and the nose only. However, if you keep other body parts that the nose is connected to open, like the mouth, the substance the body wants out will go out throguh there. For example, you may have noticed that if you keep your mouth open while sneezing, something comes out. However, with your eyes, there is no space for anything to go out. Therefore, you eyes go out.

You can't keep your eyes open when you sneeze because of the involuntary reflex that forces you to close them for a split second during the sneeze. If you found a way to keep you eyelids open, like taping them or something, nothing bad would happen to your eyes. It's just your body's reflex for your eye's protection from any outside debris. Your eye wouldn't explode or anything like that =) If that were the case, it would take more than just your eyelids to keep them in place.

Actually, you can't keep your eyes open while sneezing. It is a hard-wired reflex to close them. No matter how hard you try, you'll always close them.

I suspect nothing will happen if you do manage to prop them open with your fingers or something. They may water, but nothing adverse will happen.
