Call your doctor IMMEDIATELY and ask for Tamiflu:

If you take it quickly, it can really help. I have used it myself.
Good luck.

It may be a cold instead of the flu, but either way, get some vitamin C and Zinc and load up with LOTS of water and fluids. This will boost your immune system to help fight it so it is if a shorter duration. If it is the flu or a cold, antibiotics will not work because those are viruses. There are over the counter meds to help with flu symptoms also. Ask the pharmacist. Good luck and get well!

right, you will need:
1) a bowl
2) hot, just boiled water
3) some vix vapo rub
4) a thick towel
add about one table spoon of vix to the water. put the water into the bowl.tie back your hair with whatever. put your face down over the bown on a steady surface and put the towel over your head. it will feel like its hard to breath but its the best way to get rid of any signs of a cold. repeat this every 1-2 hours. get well soon !

I've got it. Started with a mild cold about two weeks ago - that cleared up and now (within the last two days) it's come back with a vengeance. Pounding head, chilled to the bone. Nothing helps - just gotta get over it!!
