friends i have a gastric problem and it causes me soware head ache every time what should i do ?

Go and see your doctor and ask for a procedure called Barium Meal. This will tell if you have a peptic or gastric ulcer. In the interim drink lots of water and avoid spicey and junk food. Also take over the counter anti acid tablets or oral solutions such as RubraGel etc. Also search and find information on a problem called GERD! Its also known to cause headaches. Good luck

Sometimes our stomach hurts not because of gastric problem but because of eating the same food everyday which can also cause headaches. Try to change your food.

drink a whole lot of water, and eat plenty of fiber. If you like grape nuts or cracklin oat bran, that would be good.
