Uh, if you're serious, yes you should. Our bodies store food when it gets anything if you don't eat and you will gain weight. One should eat 4-6 times per day but SMALL snacks only. You should never eat a snack bigger than your fist. This could be some fresh fruit, baby carrots or a few almonds. You can eat meals bigger than your fist but not all day.
