It could be the beginning of a panic attack. Is this followed by unhappy thoughts and then general shakiness? If not, this could be a number of things besides a panic attack. Analyze the food you just ate before the dizziness started. I get these symptoms from caffeine in any form...coffee, pop, even tea. My body just will not tolerate caffeine in any form and when I ingest caffeine I get the same symptoms. Also, heavy sugar on an empty stomach can do the same thing. You could also have an inner ear infection. Your ear won't hurt but your equilibrium will be shot. I also have had panic attacks and they began this very same way. However, panic attacks usually begin this way but get a lot worse. The classic panic attack does not stop will just getting dizzy and tired. You need to describe these symptoms to a doctor. There are too many things that could be happening here medically.

You could be hypoglycemic or having an "insulin crash" after eating, which means you eat so much or fast at one time your sugar level goes way up and to compensate your body will dramatically reduce it making you feel that way. Try having something to eat between meals but also your main meals dont make them so large and see how that works out.

Hi. See your doctor. Some times it's as simple as your stomach pushing up against the diaphragm, sometimes it is blood pressure related. Your doctor can tell.
