When people sneeze you say "Bless You". What should you say when someone coughs??? I have a friend at work that thinks there should be something that people say for coughing, any good suggestions??? Best answer gets you 10 points!

Right Back At Cha! This way the germs won't spread your way and it goes back to the person that coughs.

I always say "You gonna live?" to people I know well at least.
A little dark humor cheers them up sometimes.
