Your seeing this on a blus screen, yes?

If so, under your said message, there will be an alpaneumaric error code that looks like this:

TEXT_TEXT_TEXT

or someting close to that. Please IM me that code and I can help you further.

make sure there is no diskette in the computer. try again if the problem persist go to dell.com and call them.they offer free tech support and it really helps a lot! trust me alot!
