Do you know anyone who sells cosmetics? Avon, Mary Kay, department store counter? Sometimes they'll do makeover parties. It's free advertising for them, and the girls will get a kick out of it.

Do each others Make up, do nails, pedicures, dance contest, have them make something if there's a kitchen, or bring sugar cookies and have them decorate them, charades, have a craft they can do and take home, food will keep them occupied for awhile, let them help set up and serve the adults, opening presents should take a while. If you have a polaroid camera, take their pictures and then have them decorate a simple picture frame that you provide and then they can take it home. Have a theme party with costumes and then have the adults pick the top 3 best costumes. I know they're 15, but girls still wanna have fun!!!

Do makeovers. Have lots of makeup and hair stuff there and get some adults or maybe even highschool girls to do the makeovers. You can also set up a corner for pictures to be taken. Or, you could get a giant screen and project a movie on it - that would take up at least two hours.

Ask her what kind of a party she would like, & do it accordingly. Nowadays the 15 yr old girls are too mature & they might not like the conventional type of partying. Don't compromise on food & drink. Children all said & done, tend to eat well in other's places. Have some knowledge based quizzing. Give away prizes for the most intelligent, most beautiful, most talented etc. & make it a point to gift all of them for one thing or the other & they might all like it well.
Happy birthday to your daughter. Make it less burdening for you too.

Hire a D.J. and just have tons of munchies and soda. Girls only parties are a lot of fun and easier to manage without boys.

throw some loud music on and set up a buffet table then stand in the corner and chaperone. teenagers will entertain themselves. they don't need games. if everyone is standing around and looking bored, get the party started with a dance contest.

Play Spoons. Can you imagine playing spoons with 35 people. I bet it would be pretty crazy. With 35 people, that would definitely take up some time.

If she is a girlie girl get spa stuff and have them do a spa party. Lots of music, candy, and junk food. Nail polish, face masks etc. Most girls dig this stuff.

one girly movie(mean girls, 13 going on 30, just my luck, etc), music, junk food, makeover stuff, girly magazines, play truth or dare, the ten finger game (which you might not want to do if you don't want to find things out about your daughter), and freedom
let the girls improvise on what they want to do, even if that means just sitting in her room and talking fo a couple hours...
