i dont know the meaning.if you know then please tell me. others spell it defrently like, othman,osumanu.

Your name is Arabic and the 3rd Caliph in Islam was named Othman. The name is also popular now a days in Sudan the country in East Africa and other arab countries.

othman is an Arabian name (Osman is the Turkish pronounce of it) and the meaning of it is :
malunited broken bone
