There are a few drugs out there that you can take before bed that really do help the RLS. Ask your doctor for a trial. You will sleep better and so will your partner.

My dr told me to take magnesium. I tried requip, it made me nauseous. I am now taking a muscle relaxer before bed.

Have you tried a milk thistle suppliment from your local nutrition store? That seems to help me with mine.
