Can someone help me? It's like my body is so warm for some reason. Everyone is complaining they're cold and yet I'm sweating. And I'm always warm. Honestly, I can sit on a chair and my seat is warm in like two minutes. How does someone cool off the body? I mean it's great right now because it's winter but when I'm indoors, then I'm always too hot.

I find that m,ost men have a high metabolism and seem to radiate heat. That's why I love sleeping with my lover, he is so warm and cuddly. I can sleep nude in the coldest weather becuase he's like a furnace the way he puts off heat. I say don't worry about it.

Whilst I too prefer the cold to hot weather and when living with a girl have always been sent to bed first to warm it up for her, I do not regard this as abnormal.
However, you could have a thyroid problem if you are unusually hot, and it would be prudent to speak to your GP.

It may have something to do with having a high metabolism, and your body is always trying to work off what you eat.

It can be a number of things, high metabolism, hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, etc. Perhaps, it's time for a physical! Call your doctor and find out.

It may be a hormonal abnormality. I am not sure what it is though. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor.
