Well I believe that was the original teaching.. but are people actually following them ?
If it where so, there would be no fighting going on in the name of Islam. If every one is equal, then no one can be a friend or Enemy. or even Indian or Pakistani or Iraqi or American..
Still we see that even muslim governments maintain the borders with other muslim Countries. If all are one why is Border needed?

1. Convert
2. Pay jizya when we conquer you and be second class citizens forever
3. Die
Oh, and don't forget, according the the Quran, nonbelievers or people of faiths other than the YHVH cults don't get #2 as an option.

do agree with u,Islam teaches equality n tolerance,if some muslims are not following it,it's not that Islam didn't preach it.
true muslims,only fight for their own right,not that 9\11 done by some hippos and one start crushing muslim states one after the other......r innocent ppl not dying there??? if muslims fight back in self defence,want to protect their lives,family,homes n land,....is this wrong??

Islam and the Koran are exactly the same as Christianity and the bible, both religions spread by the sword and are both full of ambiguous, hypocritical, and confused parables. read extensively into both, and both are having a larf.

Islam seems to be a lovely peaceful faith, but I'm a christian because I had an experience where I met with Jesus, so I'm not about to convert.
